Exhibiting at the ICALEPCS 2021 presents an opportunity for your organization to gain widespread exposure to delegates (expected delegates: 400 representing over 100 institutions). As an Exhibitor, your team will have the opportunity to network with these valuable contacts, providing opportunities to:

Instructions
- The Exhibitor’s Logo and URL will be available at both ICALEPCS 2021 conference website and WHOVA platform.
- The industry exhibition will be based on the WHOVA platform in virtual format. We provide a virtual booth for each exhibitor, which will be ready by Mid-August 2021.
- The Exhibitor can add logo, company and product information, pictures, videos, files and contact on the virtual booth.
- The company representative is responsible for uploading and configuration. Videos must be uploaded to an online platform as Vimeo or YouTube and embedded at the exhibitor page.
- The Exhibitor can chat with the conference delegates through the virtual booth.
- The Exhibitor can also create the live streaming by oneself and post the link on the virtual booth.
- One company representative as booth staff with full access to the conference is included in the registration fee. The extra delegates can be registered separately.
Registration
The registration fee is 1000 USD or 6450 CNY. The deadline is September 15th 2021. The Exhibitor can send the following information to the Industrial Exhibition Manager Dr. Lv (lvhuihui@zjlab.org.cn).
- Company Name, Logo and Website URL
- Company representative Name and Email
Methods of Payment
The registration fee is paid via bank transfer. The bank information is as follows. Please indicate ICALEPCS2021 + your company name. Please send the payment voucher to Dr. Lv (lvhuihui@zjlab.org.cn) after the payment is completed.

Cancellation Policy
Delegates cancelling before September 15th 2021 will receive a refund that minus a 50% administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations after September 15th 2021. Refund requests should be submitted to the Industrial Exhibition Manager Dr. Lv (lvhuihui@zjlab.org.cn).
