2. Delegates complete the payment via Paypal or bank transfer. The laboratory or organization group payment is supported.
3. The organizer receives and confirms the payment. If the SPMS registration receipt does not meet the specification, the delegates can contact the conference secretary Mr. Yu (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Please indicate ICALEPCS2021 + your name or registration confirmation number while making the transfer. You can find your registration confirmation number at the upper right corner in your registration receipt after finishing registration in SPMS.

Students also need to use the above link to register, please choose 'Student Registration', It is free before August 31st 2021, after which the fee is 75 USD or 480 CNY. Student registration must provide student identification documents and a recommended letter from supervisor. Please send these documents to Dr. Lv (email@example.com) within one week after registration.
Delegates cancelling before September 15th 2021 will receive a refund that minus a 50% administration fee. No refunds can be made for cancellations after September 15th 2021. Refund requests should be submitted to the conference secretary Mr. Yu (firstname.lastname@example.org).
